This gentle programme combines Pranic Energy Healing, somatic support, nervous system regulation, lymphatic drainage and reflective emotional guidance to support women through the physical, emotional and energetic changes of this important life transition.
This is not a medical treatment or a replacement for professional healthcare. It is a complementary wellbeing journey designed to help women feel calmer, clearer, more supported and more connected to themselves as they move through change.

Private Intake Consultation
The journey begins with a private intake consultation.
This is a gentle conversation to understand where the woman is physically, emotionally and energetically. We look at areas such as sleep, energy, mood, brain fog, emotional sensitivity, stress, body changes, confidence, libido, overwhelm and what she most needs support with.
This first conversation allows the protocol to be personalised, compassionate and relevant to the woman's actual experience.
Six Weekly Pranic Energy Healing Sessions
The core of the protocol is six weekly Pranic Energy Healing sessions, each with a specific focus. The weekly themes are detailed in the section below.
The 7-Minute-a-Day Menopause Flow
Each woman receives a gentle daily home practice called the 7-Minute-a-Day Menopause Flow.
This is a simple somatic and lymphatic movement routine for women who do not want a full workout but need to feel their body moving, breathing and releasing again.
The practice is designed to support body awareness, gentle circulation, lymphatic flow, emotional release and most importantly nervous system regulation.
Daily Reflection, Meditation and Mindfulness Support
The protocol includes daily reflection prompts to help each woman understand what is changing emotionally, not only physically.
These prompts invite her to pause, listen and reconnect with herself in a more compassionate way.
The protocol also includes recorded meditation and mindfulness practices to support inner calm, emotional steadiness and self-awareness throughout the 6-week journey.
Two Lymphatic Drainage Sessions
The programme includes two lymphatic drainage sessions focused on supporting physical tension, fatigue, fluid retention, stagnation and heaviness.
These sessions are offered as part of the holistic body support within the protocol and are intended to complement the energetic and somatic work.
